This is one of my favorite of our family hand crafted ornaments. Eric made it the first year we started the ornament exchange. It is a copy of a painting Mom did of the Little Drummer Boy. Eric put the copies into pretty little frames. If I don't display anything else at Christmas, this ornament always comes out and gets displayed.

I saw this picture on your Christmas post earlier and thought I had lost my copy. But I found it.
I remember how amazed we all were that Eric made such a beautiful replica of this. It was made before the age of photosmart printers and required a smidge of ingenuity for it to come out this nice. Thanks Eric for the wonderful tribute to Mom.
